Your account contains your personal information, such as address, email and a list of previous orders with invadeIT. So if you have shopped at invadeIT before, you can log on your personal account, which you have already created with us.
If you haven't shopped at invadeIT before, you will automatically create an account as a part of creating an order. You can also create an account by following the link under the login fields to the right on your screen.
You can log into your account by entering your email and password in the boxes that appear when you click the login icon on the upper right of the site.
Your account with us is your private place, where you have full access to all your personal details that are registered with us. When you have logged on to your account you have complete overview of all your orders, being open orders, cancelled orders and completed orders. It is possible to download invoices in PDF format for all your orders. You can also edit your address and contact information that is registered in your account.
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgotten password?" link under the "login" button.
No unfortunately that is not possible to do from your account, however that will be possible in the future. Therefore if you wish to change something in an order that you have placed with us, you must write an email to our sales department, please use this link
Important information regarding changing orders:

Addition to order:
We cannot add products to an existing order if the total price exceeds the original total price.
If you want an extra product added to your order, we can delete the entire order, and then you can make a new order online.

Changing product(s) on order:
If you want to change a product with another product from our website, you should always inform product-number or link (not model name) from our website for the products that must be removed/added your order. Remember again that the total price for the edited order must not exceed the original total price.

Cancellation:
We can remove one or more products from your order. When cancelling products, shipping cost and payment fee will remain the same, but the price of the cancelled products will of course be deducted from the total order price.

When you pay by credit card the money will be withdrawn from your account as soon as you have paid. But please keep in mind that we will not ask you to pay before we have confirmed your order, so when you make an order with credit card payment you will not enter your credit card info anywhere. When we confirm your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a secure payment server where you will do the credit card transaction.
